A few helpful questions about our Sleep Learning Solutions
FAQs
-
Seacoast Sleep Training is focused on consistency and schedule balance. How well a child sleeps is largely driven by a parent responding in the same manner each time, understanding developmental phases, and maintaining good daytime habits. Even the best sleeper will not sleep well if they are not set up for success! We work with you prior to sleep training to ensure your baby is at the optimal point for success! And we continue to support you throughout the process – for as long as it takes.
-
Seacoast Sleep Training tailors each sleep training plan to fit your individual baby. Within each plan, we carefully understand your goals as a parent and the temperament of your baby. We work with you to meet these goals and stay within the zone of proximal development for your child. Crying for babies and toddlers can indicate numerous things! Having a trained sleep consultant on hand can be helpful to offer reassurance and insight into the process.
-
Sleep training is the right fit for your family when you as mom and dad decide it is! Good sleep habits can be learned from birth. Book a 30-minute call with us to lay good foundations early on. At Seacoast Sleep Learning, we begin working with babies at 16 weeks and extend to 4 years.
-
Independent sleep and night weaning are not necessarily corresponding terms! It is possible to teach your child the skill of independent sleep while responding to overnight needs with feeding. We work with you to determine feeding needs based on your pediatricians recommendation and the current overnight schedule.

Regressions are misnomers! We at Seacoast Sleep Learning understand that you and your child are constantly in flux. We offer 30-minute calls in order to help you quickly assess areas of concern. We also offer virtual support packages in order to provide you with ongoing developmental needs. As your child progresses, we can continue to assist you with good sleep habits!
