Sleep Learning Solutions
A range of packages and support options carefully designed to address specific sleep needs
Scientifically proven
We know that every child is unique, which is why our integrative solutions are customized dependent on key developmental milestones.
As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, we combine the latest science behind baby sleep with your specific sleep concerns to build custom support packages just for you and your baby.
We offer packages that are carefully designed to address the specific needs of newborns to children up to 4 years old, to instill healthy sleep habits which will benefit your child now and for years to come.
Key studies from the past decade have been able to clearly show the positive benefits of quality sleep in children: more regulated growth hormone production, positive psychosocial development, immune system efficacy, and cognitive flourishing. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and The Pediatric Sleep and Research Center remind parents that key growth events occur in deep sleep. This is because of markedly higher levels of growth hormone are released during REM cycles. The National Sleep Foundation offers clear guidelines on approximate sleep needs because of discoveries on the link between sleep and cognitive functions, such as learning and emotional maturation. The Yale Pediatric Sleep Center reported that lack of quality sleep during developmental phases can manifest in more obscure ways, such as behavioral dysregulation. A 2006 study published by the National Library of Medicine indicates that sleep modulates the neuroendocrine system and glucose metabolism. Lack of sleep can cause these virtual processes to struggle.
Sleep is so important for your baby and for you as parents!
